Nuba grounds today's food trends in the cultures and communities they've always belonged to. From goat and oxtail to berbere, hibiscus, harissa, and injera, these aren't new flavors. They're timeless culinary traditions rooted in the Continent and the African diaspora, and Nuba invites guests to experience the stories behind them.

Everything on our menu is halal and made from scratch. Our menu highlights innovative culinary artistry inspired by the way our Umis and Aunties have fed our families from Ramadan to Ramadan.
Healthy by Design
We’ve made our menu approachable to have a choice of healthy options. The core aspects of the menu are based on whole ingredients, with flavor coming from spices and aromatics from the different regions of Africa.
